Review: Oh Ka Ju Organic Salad & Coffee

“Oh Ka Ju”, seems like it is unbelievable to be a restaurant’s name, doesn’t it?

Oh Ka Ju is a restaurant with its own vegetable organic farm. Its original branch is located in Chiangmai, Thailand. I have had a chance to visit its original branch last year and I was so grateful to hear that Oh Ka Ju had open other two branches now in Bangkok, which is Siam-Square branch and The Circle Ratchapruk branch. However, apart from its strange name, there are plenty motives and background that made Oh Ka Ju grow attractively.

Oh Ka Ju is an organic restaurant from an odd idea of a high school kid that want to own a modern farmland business. However, the incomes of Oh Ka Ju is surprisingly a lot, Oh Ka Ju had gain 4,356,265 Baht in 2014 and increased dramatically to 39,732,585 Baht in 2015. With its impressive atmosphere and services, Oh Ka Ju had spread widely in which social network made it become more well-known.

The opening day of Oh Ka Ju at Siam Square branch was so crowded. However, the flavor of the food is the same as its original branch. Even though the queue was long but it’s worth waiting for.

THE FOOD OF OH KA JU, SIAM SQUARE BRANCH

The tastes of the food is not different from the original branch but the price is a little differ and there are new menu in this branch. Oh Ka Ju’s food is tasty and suitable for Thai people and vegetarian because of its spicy and organic food.

Kao Pud Nam Pick Nhum Mhoo Tod Nga Khao

I really love spicy food of Oh Ka Ju. Kao Pud Nam Pick Nhum is not oily and the vegetable is also fresh.

Salmon Sashimi Salad

I would recommend this dish over any menu if you love salmon. Salmon sashimi at Oh Ka Ju is so fresh and the salad sauce is also delicious.

Chicken Streak with 3cheeses

I really love this dish! Cheeses inside chicken streak is so yummy and I love the french fries that roll over with spicy powder.

Organic Un-Chan Pudding with Coconut

The pudding is not too sweet and the flavour of the coconut is fresh and scented.

Spare-ribs

Spare-ribs is soooo fragrant and tasty. The barbq sauce is delicious and the tomato sauce is not too sweet but perfectly sour. The Salad in the dishes is given so much with the thousand island sauce and a bitter fresh vegetable for reduce oily.

THE ATMOSPHERE OF OH KA JU, SIAM SQUARE BRANCH

The restaurant is not so big but it decorated with cosy style which reminding me of organic farm. However, the queue is usually long so I would recommend to use app QueQ in order to reserve the table.

THE LOCATION OF OH KA JU

Siam Square One, 3rd Floor, Rama I Road, Pathum Wan, Bangkok, 10330.

Review: 3% Season1

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ 3%

3% is a Netflix’s futuristic sci-fi thriller after the end of the world in the near future of Brazil. The world is spilt into two. Farewell one. On the other side, only a handful of people have been allowed to join the privileged society after the ruthless elimination process, and only 3 percent of countless twenty-year-olds undergo who hopes for becoming part of an elite few with access to their holy land, appears destined to remain in viewers’ queues unfinished or unwatched.

Adjusted from maker Pedro Aguilera’s made-for-television motion picture of a similar name, 3% is Netflix’s first completely Brazilian creation, and no uncertainty a result of the gushing administration’s prosperity with the wrongdoing dramatization Narcos. The eight-scene first season, hoping to profit by its convenient topics and agonizingly purposeful assorted variety, grandstands an abundance of benevolent perceptions and conclusions on present day society and administering bodies. But then, the arrangement eventually neglects to create the convincing, caring, bone-profound critique its setup could evoke.

Pedro Aguilera

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ Pedro Aguilera

3% is set in a world that’s divided into two parts: the Inland and the Offshore. It is the mysterious Founding Couple because they weren’t discussed much in the first season  about who create this warped system, but the general idea behind the Offshore and Inland divide is that there are limited resources. And those resources are for those who have proven that they’re the smartest and the best.

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ 3%

However, there are some sort of rebellion who want to end the process and distribute the Offshore’s wealth to the Inland. As Season 1 proves, they can be just as cruel as the creators of the Process.

Let’s get to know briefly about each main characters in this series..

[Spoiler Alert]

Start with the only morally decent character in this show, Fernando (Michel Gomes).

3-percent-1

Fernando is a wheelchair-using who want to go to the offshore in order to regain the use of his legs. He has a romantic relationship with Michele (Bianca Comparato), a little mysterious girl. He is friendly with the rest of the participants. However, Fernando’s confiding in nature was at last his destruction. He was informed that his last test was developing a test for the Procedure. He planned a situation that influenced a test-taker to pick between heading off to the Seaward or remaining on the Inland with their nearest partner who did not finish their test. Fernando’s test was acknowledged, however in a merciless contort, the leader of the Procedure Ezequiel (João Miguel) deceived him, revealing to him that Michele fizzled and would restore the Inland. Our little guileless blessed messenger instantly fizzled his own test, trusting Ezequiel and remaining behind with his sweetheart. Michele was fine, yet Fernando wasn’t permitted to go to the Seaward.

What about Michele… ?

3-percent-4.jpg

Michele (Bianca Comparato) is a quite and mostly kept herself allover the Process until the end. However, she was the one who hide the biggest secrets of the whole series. It is that she was a member of the spy. She get into the Process in order to kill Ezequiel because she was told by the leader of the Cause that her brother was killed by Ezequiel during the Process. She was almost successful, but after a huge investigation, she was caught and tortured. However, Ezequiel was told her the truth that her brother is actually alive on the Offshore. She realised that the Cause lied to her. Eventually, Michele double crossed the rebellion and goes to the Offshore without Fernando.

3-percent-3.jpg

Now you might wonder who is Ezequiel and what’s Ezequiel’s deal again..

Ezequiel (João Miguel) is the head of the Process primarilt seemed untouchable, but he’s hiding secrets of his own. In addition to all of the Cause rebels who want him dead (including Michele), there is a movement within the Process that’s calling for him to step down. And then there’s Julia (Mel Fronckowiak), Ezequiel’s depressed wife. Depression is a huge no-no for the Offshore, so in between threatening young adults, Ezequiel needs to watch out.

In my opinion, “3%” brings with its some unique elements and compelling characters, and it is worth to watch..

I would vote this series 8.5/10!!!

Review: Million Yen Women

After midterm, I have watched a remarkable Japanese series in Netflix which called “Million Yen Women” and I want to share my perception toward this series. Moreover, I hope it can be helpful for some people who is deciding to watch this series.

This series seemed to be lovely and romantic from its picture and the series’s name, but for Million Yen Women, it is not at all. It’s normal for Japanese series to make supernatural outline to arouse interest of the audiences and as it continued to proceed, it will reach a point that cannot sort out the way down. However, it is not happen with this series.

The story is about Shin Michima, an unsuccessful novelist who manages their odd household in exchange for tidy monthly sum. Suddenly, five women turn up one day, as if in a reality television show, making him an offer he cannot resist. All of them inform that they have received mysterious invitation letters from someone to move in with him and each of them puts down the rent for the first month, one million yen. The letters contain the regulations for Shin to not to ask any questions, not to enter any women’s rooms and must taking care of them all(which is cook for hers).

And I have the question in my head. “What do the women see in him, and why him?” but as the story proceed, the prominent point of the series is that it is telling stories of each characters quite reasonably and every decisions are quite realistically and understandable. Therefore, it makes me easily understand and get inside each character with encouragement.

The tenants include…

  • Midori Suzumura17 years old high school girl. Wakes up first in the household. Midori was raised in an orphanage since her relinquishment by her parents at the age of three. As she got older, Midori took on part-time work to save for her independence from the orphanage and its unconventional rules. She had bought a lottery ticket and won one billion Yen prior to moving into the house.

  • Nanaka Seki20 years old. Very clumsy and loves drinking milk. As a famous actress, Nanaka began her career as a child.

  • Minami Shirakawa30 years old. A nudist at home who has a mysterious demeanour and occasionally violent tendencies. President of the ultra-luxury Call Girl Club. Minami refers to Shin as “Novel”.

  • Yuki Kobayashi24 years old. Silent. Basically stays in her room. Married to a wealthy elderly man for whom she was previously a maid.
  • Hitomi Tsukamoto26 years old. Merry. Tea school. Usually does yoga every day. Hitomi is the daughter of influential novelist, Hibiki Ogie, who had passed away 11 years ago. She appears to be infatuated by Shin, often becoming frustrated when he does not pick up on her subtle hints.

Overall, Million Yen Women is a good series and worth to watch, I don’t feel the waste of time for watching this series even though there were some point that kind of dull, but on the whole I really like it and you can find it on Netflix which is very convenience for series lovers.

I would rate this series 8.5/10!!!

Review: Searching (2018) [Spoiler]

Searching (2018) trailer

After David Kim (John Cho)’s 16-year-old daughter goes missing, a local investigation is opened and a detective is assigned to the case. But 37 hours later and without a single lead, David decides to search the one place no one has looked yet, where all secrets are kept today: his daughter’s laptop. In a hyper-modern thriller told via the technology devices we use every day to communicate, David must trace his daughter’s digital footprints before she disappears forever.

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ searchingFirstly,  I have to accept that I never watch a movie that proceed the stories on computer screen(laptop, Macbook, IPhone) and I have to admit that this movie, Searching can do it very well. And it such a very good idea movie.

The movie begin with a story of warm family includes father(David Kim), mother, and daughter(Margot Kim). Every scenes were told through computer monitor and consist of Video and Youtube upload. The movie tell a story tardily until the mother was sick by cancer and died in eventually. Then, the story has become in the present.

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ searching

This scene is when father(David Kim) calling facetime to her daughter and complain about the trash she made. I can interpret from this scene that the father is a officious person. Suddenly, his daughter(Margot Kim) told him that she was reviewing chemistry and told him to talk later. On the next day, David Kim was missed call from Margot 3 times and he cannot contract her for several days so he decided to contact police. Then, Searching takes a series of twists and turns from here as David contacts police and a full-blown effort begins to find Margot.

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ searchingAs it is expected to be, over and over again, from David working in backward to decide Margot’s closed web-based is on her life experience passwords to the spreadsheet. Chaganty and Ohanian find a way into the PC setting that they have built up, He makes across to check out her friends about her address. Almost everything, he got it in control, but yet his stress is increasing Irresistible. The camera angle in a medium shot or close-up in a split screen of with Cho’s face is shown how he’s feeling and putting himself through, so there is no place for him to hide and stay in silence. We could see almost every feeling of this character. Once, he is feeling that. we are starting to know something, as we’re keeping an eye on him at his generally powerless.ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ searching

The arrival of a determined Debra Messing as the police detective investigating Margot’s disappearance changes the film’s energy, providing a ray of hope. (David naturally looks up her character, Det. Rosemary Vick, on Google and Facebook the first time she calls him, seeking traces of trustworthiness.) Yet, the more they reveal together, from Margot’s mystery Tumblr presents on the last place her auto was seen, the more David acknowledges he didn’t generally know his single tyke. It’s the sad paradox of technology, a tool that’s meant to bring people closer together, that it also can foster such a divide. Not the most novel concept, perhaps, but one that “Searching” explores in smart, slickly paced ways.

รูปภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง

As the film beats toward its decision, it presents pictures and data that go amiss from the introduce that we’re seeing everything from David’s point of view. A narrative omniscience occurs that fills in some holes, but it also results in a loss of tautness and focus. (I do appreciate that the filmmakers got the geography of the Bay Area correct, though, as well as the mic flags of the local TV stations breathlessly covering every development of the search effort.) ‘Til the end, though, I am deeply invested in these well-drawn characters, and whether they’ll find their happy ending both online and in real life.

Affordable Everyday Lipsticks For College Wear

” Lipstick is the most valuable weapon in a woman’s make-up kit. It has the power to transform the appearance and mood of the person wearing it, and, at the same time, arouses the admiration of everybody else. “

As a young girl, I cannot deny that the make up is a magic tool for me. Putting on different shades of lipsticks is my favourite part in the morning. Choosing shades of lipstick that fits your every looks easily can save your time. However, some people might not know which shades are suitable for everyday makeup look and for college life. Therefore, I will suggest 4 affordable everyday lipsticks that I frequently wear.

Apart from how gorgeous the colors lighten up your looks, valuable with price is another important factor for students like us too. Therefore, I will use 5 components (stars out of five given each) for my reviews which are;

  • Pigment
  • Long Lasting
  • Cracker
  • Reasonable Price
  • Overall Satisfaction

The first one to begin with is …

Oh My Tint color 01

omt01

I really love the colors of this lipstick brand. Every color are really deluxe and suitable for everyday looks. However, I select Omt-01 as my favorite everyday look lipstick is because of its rosy color that gives me natural but attractive styles. More importantly, the price is very likable for me. It costs only 99baht!!

Another gorgeous color from Oh My Tint..

Oh My Tint color 03

omt03.jpg

This color is an orange shade which is my favorite everyday lipstick of all time! Its color brighten up my skin and I think it is suitable for both fair skin and two-tone skin. Moreover, this lipstick can be used for eyes and cheeks too so I use it for my cheeks to have a peachy makeup look.

And here is the swatches of omt 01 and omt 03
